Bilingual Sales Coordinator
This position serves as a direct link for all communications between Japan, our production and warehouse facilities within the Unites States, and the assigned North American customers. This position is the lead for any new projects with the customer and is also responsible for making plans, developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with customers. Other duties include keeping account records, forecasting, inventory balance and resolving payment discrepancies.
Inventory Control Specialist
The Inventory Control position includes processing, monitoring, analyzing, reporting and accuracy of our inventory. Along with managing all inventory movements, adjustments, and scraps according to guidelines established by the Finance department. You will also need to communicate with Sales, Management, Accounting, and external auditors. *Issue Purchase Orders (P.O) and Invoice to Japan or Thailand. *Reconcile Inventory. *Customer Service via email *Arrange Ocean shipments
Bilingual Assistant Sales Manager
* Support sales executives with solution selling into current and prospect account base * Help sales executives to plan and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles * Assist sales executives in managing ongoing and future projects/sales activities * Support American sales staff and partners with meetings/presentations to Japanese companies and decision makers * Communicate client and partners needs in Japanese via email and phone to customers and our staff * Collect and document industry research and competitive intelligence * Support RFP / RFI responses
