The Osaka Social Services Committee of Chicago Sister Cities International is planning their next social service exchange, where Chicago will host a group of Osaka delegates for a week in November 2019, with an aim on how to improve social services in our global community. The committee meets on a monthly basis and could benefit from more volunteers, regardless of what field you may be in. The committee will also have a booth set up at the Japan Festival, selling t-shirts, tote bags, magnets, etc., to sustain the on-going exchange.
To learn more about how you can get involved in the exchange or help during the Japan Festival, please reach out to Catherine Huang at chhuang2@gmail.com.
